I Love You!
I have loved you; even now I may confess,
Some embers of my love their fire retain
but do not let it cause you more distress,
I do not want to sadden you again.

Hopeless and tonguetied, yet, I loved you dearly
With pangs the jealous and the timid know;
So tenderly I loved you - so sincerely;
I pray God grant another love you so.

A magic moment I remember:
I raised my eyes and you were there.
A fleeting vision, the quintessence
Of all that's beautiful and rare.

I pray to mute despair and anguish
To vain pursuits the world esteems,
Long did I near your soothing accents,
Your features gracefully divine.

Time passed - A rebel storm-blast scattered
The reveries that once were mine
And I forgot your soothing accents,
Your features gracefully divine.

In dark days of enforced retirement
I gazed upon grey skies above
With no ideals to inspire me,
No one to cry for, live for, love.

Then came a moment of renaissance,
I looked up - you again are there,
A fleeting vision, the quintessence
Of all that's beautiful and rare.

We all live in the dark,
With only a match stick to light our path.
But the match won't last, like the sun won't shine
So in the end we scramble along blind.

Life is hard,
Full of trial.
But as long as we have each other,
nothing can blow us down.

A Diary For All Assumptionites!
Hi everyone! Happy Chinese New Year To All!

School started today, and it was a very solemn day for all assumptionites. Sigh.. Don't know what to say! The news of Hirwan's death was shocking and it hit everyone hard. It's not an easy thing to accept! It's so sudden and no one expected it especially his parents, relatives, friends and classmates. This tells us something. Life is just so fragile, anything can just happen to us at any time and anywhere. But all this are just God's will. In other words, we have to learnt to treasure everyone around us, the people we love and those who love us! We need to treasure what we have and not take them for granted. It's just like the 'Tsunami' which had affected some countries. Those people left the world just like that. But who could prevent it?? No one! I know that many of us are feeling very sad after hearing the news of Hirwan, but these are just parts and parcels of life. I do feel sad although I do not know him personally, it's a natural feeling that all of us will get. Well I would like to type a prayer for him and I hope all those out there, whether you know him or you don't, please pray for him and his family!
A PRAYER:
Dear Lord, bless Hirwan's family and friends for they've lost their loved one. We know that it was your will to take him back to you. Bless his soul lord, I'm sure he had done things that had touched most people's life and they will always remember him in their hearts. Lord bless each and everyone of us, and guide us to move on with life. Help us to stay strong lord.

Our Father in heaven, hallowed be thy name, your kingdom come, your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, forgive us our sins as we forgive those who sins against us. Do not bring us to the test but deliver us from evil. Amen.

In Loving Memory of Hirwan (1989-2006)
End of The Message!
