Time for updates!

Yesterday I was at the ice rink emceeing for Skate Asia Winter Classic at Fuji Ice. It was totally refreshing to see those young ones having grown up so much into a teenager. Especially Yi Ching, Claire Casey, Jasmine Mchaffey, Anja and a few others, they have grown up so much. I feel so old now. Gosh~
Oh! And I met Phan, my Thai skating friend. Oh man he has lost so much weight and has grown so much taller, moreover his hairstyle has changed too. When he saw me, I couldn't even recognise him at first sight. It took me 2 minutes to figure who he was. Oh man, I felt so bad. Another surprising thing is, he is a skating coach now. And he was a judge for the competition too. Hahaha.

I took a photo with him and Yi Ching before I left yesterday, because I know I won't get to see him till end of next year. Sigh~ Overseas friends are the worst to part with, seriously! Because you get to see them only like once a year. :(

So today was the Standard Chartered Singapore Marathon 2007. I was a baggage crew at the baggage tent at War Memorial Park. I was there at 3am sharp this morning. I swear we were so busy checking in bags in the morning from 4am onwards all the way till about 10am. Then from 10am onwards we were busy checking out the bags for some people were already done with the race and they came back to collect their bags.
The whole process was really tiring but overall a very fun and interesting experience. I had a free Adidas shirt by the way and I received $20 for volunteering. Apart from that, there was an additional official letter for a 20% discount at Adidas. Totally awesome! I swear!
And guess what, 5 crazy girls camwhored at 3+am in the morning. Hahahhaa.

I love them. They brought in a lot of fun during the whole process even though we were all busy and tired at the same time. WE HAD FUN! =D
